Amidst the turmoil of recent tuition fee increase plans, it's the first time I'm seriously considering taking my child to Hong Kong for her education.
Check it out - though it's not top of the table for world league tables for reading, it's still fourth with the UK down at twenty five. Shanghai, who rank first, also do well in the science rankings.
