CV for Freelance Digital Design and Art Direction

1
Statement
A British Chinese Visual Designer and Art Director specialising in Digital Media.

I've delivered ideas, strategy, consultancy and design to a cross section of clients from small and independent to global corporations and been involved with projects in a variety of sectors since 1998.

I've co-founded and run a successful, small design business for almost ten years (2-10 employees plus freelancers), developed all-round practical skills that include consultancy, client services, project scoping and specification and team management, in addition to core design, information architecture and user experience abilities.

I carefully consider how people perceive and interact with design and believe that a little technical knowledge goes a long way when it comes to interactive work.

I'm organised and bring over a decades worth of experience of digital design work to projects, working within a team or alone.

I strive to engage with clients and stakeholders to develop a full understanding of their requirements and thus maximise the creative potential of work that ticks all the right boxes. In short, I aim to make the jobs of those I work with easier.
