The Save the Children (STC) charity's obvious involvement with little people gives rise to many aspects that demand sensitivity. The proposal for this elearn aimed to deliver an engaging resource for all employees concerning the STC's Code of Conduct.

The Code of Conduct resource, which is formed from 5 distinct policies (Child Safeguarding, Data Protection, Health & Safety, Anti-Dishonesty, Safety & Security) would aim to test users of their understanding and encourage a clear appreciation of why the code is personally relevant to them, as well as being mission critical to the charity.

As well as a clear and concise structure of quizzes, animations, video, learning and information screens, I created an edgy, news-print visual style that falls in line with the STC brand guidelines but which also conveys the idea of real or fictional "scenarios" depicted within the learning content.

This creative approach looks good, has impact, and was designed to be rather practical in composing photographic visuals that bring the content alive as well as being flexible enough to illustrate photo stories or form infographics.

Other simple ideas could extend the resource into a simple campaign with the inclusion of credit card sized fold-outs, pdfs and timely emails.
