PrimeLending is a home loans company based in the US, who have hundreds of loan officers selling and administering loans. To manage the process, PrimeLending took to the customer relationship management software Salesforce, but the uptake was fairly low amongst it’s staff. Though the software could offer efficiency and tools to enable more sales, staff found it complicated and too great a learning curve to use.

Atticmedia were tasked with increasing usage of the software, so created a number of facets to a campaign that included a character (Ted) that introduced the core advantages via comic strips, animations and a mini site.

There were also timely email reminders, workshops and a rebranding of the software that gave it a new name (Impact). I was involved with developing a new skin that simplified the available options and reformatted the user interface within the limits of the Salesforce templates.
