Hard Graft - Purveyors of Handmade Felt & Leather Goods - Release the New 3Fold Leather Laptop Bag

y favourite leather bag makers are the Austrian and English creative team at Hard Graft who are based in Austria. S'funny, I don't even own any of their leather bags, although I do have a few of their felt and leather technology cases. I've been impatiently waiting for my limited edition 2Unfold leather laptop bag to arrive when lo and behold, they've just released the 3Fold!

Hard Graft obviously know when they're onto a good thing. The 3Fold, like the 2Unfold, is also a multi-use laptop bag. The 3Fold however, transforms into three, much more distinct configurations - the Laptop Bag (this time fitting 15" laptops), the massively flat (A2 sized) Portfolio Bag and the puffed up Overnighter.

It's styled like the 2Unfold - handmade from a bespoke vegetable tanned Italian leather which is dyed through and hand finished in grey with a hint of teal. But the three contrasting configurations really mark it out and though I'm no expert at bag design, I could imagine that fashion houses with years of experience would struggle to come up with products so ingenious.

Hard Graft design stuff that I rarely see elsewhere and I happen to be looking for similar things in many places in East Asia right now. They have a distinct and fresh asthetic that I predict will soon be recognisable amongst consumers of fine lifestyle accessories throughout the world.

But like anything of quality, Hard Graft products come with the price tag. The 3Fold is slightly pricier than the 2Unfold, extending to Eur 409 (without tax and shipping). But for that, you receive a limited edition, individually numbered handmade item which would no doubt be much sought-after once they're all sold out.
